Biography:
Born and raised in Saint James, Minnesota, with a population of 4,500. Brian has spent the last 8 years working in the emergency department at St. Anthonys Hospital, one of the Level 1 Trauma Centers in Denver. He was recently selected as the 2019 physician assistant of the year. Outside of work, he spends most of his time traveling, mountain biking/camping, and skiing.

Post internship, he decided to pursue his other passion for EMS and moved to Denver, Colorado to attend paramedic school at Denver Health Medical Center. As a paramedic, he worked in the 911 system for 6 years for two major Level 1 Trauma Centers in the country, including Denver Paramedics and Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
